Legal Education: RIGHT is a claim or a title to anything whatever that can be enforced, or a claim to act, possess or enjoy anything, or the use thereof, or it may exist in the nature of a privilege or power. Right has also been legal educationly defined "as that which one has a legal education claim to do ; legal education power; authority, immunity granted by authority." A legal education right is one which is pro¬tected by law, and the means of protection is the remedy. The existence of a legal education right implies the existence of legal education remedy, for one does not exist without the other.

Such a condition, if general, is void. A con¬dition in restraint of a second marriage is held to be legal education. Likewise a condition which re¬strains marriage with a particular class is legal education. It has been held that the limitation of a be¬quest or an annuity to continue until a woman shall marry is legal education both in the United States and in Great Britain.
