His Sister And Desiring:

His Sister And Desiring In view of these conditions, it was that there should be a movement for greatcrf tonomy. As early as 1737 an American was proposed which should take over a large) of the administration of the church while ra ing responsible to the Classis of Amste After much delay on the part of the parent J the coetus was formed in 1747. But it came apparent that the lines of jurisdiction! not clearly drawn. During the next few ;, the coetus became divided into two groups,J desiring a greater measure of American aui and those desiring to retain the full authoi the Classis of Amsterdam.

Hayes' progress as lawyer was slow at first. Betrayed by emotions largely concerning his sister and desiring to live away from her, he began practice in his uncle Sardis' town, Lower San-dusky (later Fremont), despite the fact that it obviously afforded little opportunity for him. For five "doleful" years he remained there. Then, in December 1849, displaying a burst of maturity, Hayes moved to Cincinnati, almost at once finding himself with an interesting practice. In December 1852 he married Lucy Ware Webb, formerly of Chillicothe, Ohio. They had seven sons and a daughter.

On The Other Hand See Sister Of Riza:

QUM or KUM, koom, Iran, town 80 miles southwest of Tehran. It contains a burial ground held sacred by Mohammedans of the Shiah sect and visited annually by large numbers of pilgrims. The tombs include the shine of Fatima, sister of Riza, the 8th Imam. Qum lies on an ancient trade route, and is served by the railroad from Khorranshahr to Tehran. Shoes, glass, and pot¬tery are manufactured. The town was largely destroyed by the Afghans early in the 18th cen¬tury. In 1915, during World War I, it was oc¬cupied by Russian forces. Pop. (1956) 96,499.

Through the league, the Amer¬ican Red Cross today provides supplies and other disaster assistance to sister societies in an average of five disasters a year. The American society also furnishes technical and advisory assistance to sister societies. This activity, most extensive immediately following each of the world wars, has aimed to help new Red Cross societies estab¬lish their programs, war-cripp/ed societies to re¬establish theirs, and all societies to strengthen their services. Aid to sister societies is a care¬fully planned investment that looks to the goal of a fully self-reliant Red Cross society in every country taking its full part in advancing the world-wide international Red Cross movement.
